helmet designs
Scotland's flag uses two colours, blue and white, so there is plenty of contrast to work with. Below are three Scottish helmet designs built from them. Spin each one, try it on another helmet type, then open it in the editor and make it yours.

Tips
Using Scottish colours on a helmet
-
01
A diagonal cross works best centred on the crown. Seen from behind, the arms run down towards the ears and frame the back of the helmet.
-
02
White does the separating on Scotland's flag. On a helmet, a thin white pinstripe between blue and the base keeps the edge crisp, and a white base makes the other colours look brighter.
-
03
Keep the flag itself small and somewhere it stays flat, such as behind the ear or low on the back. Flags on the curve of the crown stretch, and a small, sharp flag reads better from a distance than a large, distorted one.
