What to know about the GP full-face shell
Single-seater helmet with a narrow visor aperture and rear spoiler.
Narrow visor aperture
The eye port is a slim slot, so the band of shell around it carries a lot of the look. A sticker strip runs across the top of the visor for a name or a sponsor.
Rear spoiler
The spoiler on the back takes paint like the rest of the shell. Run a centre stripe over the crown and it carries on down over the spoiler.
The crown
In a single-seater the top of the helmet is the part people see most. Use the Top view to put a number or a crown disc where an onboard camera would catch it.

Racing helmet questions
Is the racing helmet designer free?
Yes. Every design tool is free, and so is saving up to 3 designs and sharing a 3D link. Pro is $17 once, for chrome and pearl finishes, 4K renders, unlimited saves and a printable paint template.
Can I put my race number and name on it?
Yes. Add text and numbers on any view in a choice of fonts, give them an outline, and mirror them so they appear on both sides.
Can I add my own logos?
Yes. Upload a PNG, JPG or SVG and place it on any of the five views. Each free design holds 2 uploads; Pro is unlimited.
Can a helmet painter work from my design?
Yes. Send them the share link and they can spin the helmet in any browser. Pro adds a printable paint template with all five views laid out flat.
Is the shell a copy of a real helmet?
No. It's a generic single-seater full-face modelled to real proportions, with a narrow eye port and a rear spoiler. It isn't based on any brand's helmet.
